Introduction to Digital Design.

This course will acquaint students with an introduction to desktop publishing using the Mac operating system, using design industry standard programs (Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Acrobat) through project-based learning techniques, completing various digital projects and exercises throughout the semester. The goal of this studio course is to gain an understanding of basic graphic design concepts, elements, and terminology, the use of hardware/software, image manipulation, file management, printing, and presentation of images and information.
